Behind Jet Legal is a small but dedicated team that believes legal support should feel personal and stress-free.
Led by principal solicitor Carmen, our team combines legal expertise and clear communication to help guide clients through every step of the process. From keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes to making sure our clients feel informed and supported, Janeen, Azzurra and Taryn each bring their own strengths and personality to the Jet Legal experience.
Carmen Vincent
For Carmen, Jet Legal is more than just a business. It is something she has built from the ground up and poured herself into.
She values the strong relationships she has built within the industry and with her clients, working closely with agents, brokers and other professionals to help each transaction run as smoothly as possible. Ambitious and driven, Carmen has big plans for Jet Legal and is passionate about growing the firm while maintaining the personalised service it is known for.
While Jet Legal takes up most of her time, Carmen enjoys playing golf, good food and wine, and spending weekends in the garden with coffee and her dogs.
Founder & Solicitor 
Taryn De Wee
Law GraduateOriginally from South Africa, Taryn is a law graduate with a creative edge and a genuine interest in how legal systems shape everyday life.
She enjoys stepping into unfamiliar territory and approaching challenges from a fresh perspective. She brings energy, adaptability and a willingness to get involved wherever she can add value.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Taryn hunting down good coffee or chasing her next adrenaline fix. Staying active and exploring the outdoors keeps her balanced and she brings that same enthusiasm and momentum into everything she does.
Janeen brings a calm presence to the firm and is the person quietly helping keep everything moving behind the scenes.
As Jet Legal’s Administrative Assistant, she supports the team with organisation, care and a strong preference for staying out of Azzurra’s content whenever possible. Known as the grandma of the crew, or at least she will be once her children have children of their own, she brings warmth, patience and a grounded energy to the office.
Outside of work, Janeen enjoys getting out in nature, spending time with family and friends, learning watercolour painting and crocheting like a crazy lady. She is always happy to help, usually from behind the scenes, and plays an important part in keeping the office running smoothly.

Originally from Italy, Azzurra is the creative mind behind Jet Legal’s social media and the person most likely to convince the team to step outside their comfort zone for content. Having lived across Italy, Norway and Australia, she brings a curious, open-minded perspective shaped by travel, creativity and a love for different cultures.
As the studio’s Social Media Manager and Personal Assistant, Azzurra is usually running on matcha and creativity, with a phone always in hand ready to capture content.
Outside the office, she has always had an active streak, from hiking, snowboarding and ballet to her current love for the gym. She also loves painting, being in nature and eating more tofu than most people think is normal.
